Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

On Returns:
If you select to return the item, kindly make sure that the product is ready and packed in the original condition.

Damages:

• Cracks or damage caused due to shifting, dragging, or improper placement of the product.

• Seasonal splits or joint openings beyond the warranty coverage period.
• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers (for upholstered furniture). The warranty applies only to the structural frame and mechanisms, if applicable.
• Damage caused by the use of harsh chemicals or non-standard cleaning methods.
• Minor unevenness of up to 5 mm, which may occur due to variations in floor or surface levels, as per industry standards.
