At AristoWood, we strive to deliver high-quality furniture and ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. The product must be unused and in its original packaging for the return process to be initiated.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the replacement or refund according to our return policy.
